Return & Replacement Policy

At Zieol, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return, Replacement, and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We do not offer returns on any products once they have been delivered.

Returns will only be accepted if:

  • The customer receives a product that is completely different from the item ordered.

To report an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the received item.


Replacements

We offer a free replacement in the following situations:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Wrong size sent by our team
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Damaged product received
  • Print defect or damage

To request a replacement, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photographs showing the issue.

After verification, a replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost.


Refund Policy

Zieol does not offer refunds on any orders.

In eligible cases where a product issue is verified, customers will receive a replacement product instead of a refund.

Refund requests will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Personal preferences
  • Minor color variations caused by screen settings or photography


Important Conditions

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
  • Zieol reserves the right to approve or reject any claim after reviewing the provided evidence.
